ProcuraMED has launched the Euro-Mediterranean Strategic Procurement Coalition to strengthen the innovation capacities of local authorities and Mediterranean enterprises, promote green technologies, and use strategic procurement to drive a more sustainable and innovative regional economy. The coalition provides a permanent space for exchange, learning and collaboration between public and private sectors, enhancing transnational cooperation and the uptake of green and innovative solutions.
A Recommendation Document is now available, offering practical guidance for policymakers and stakeholders to embed green and innovative criteria into procurement policies and processes.
ProcuraMED invites all interested entities to join the coalition and help build a Euro-Mediterranean network for sharing experiences, good practices and coordinated sustainable policies.
