Partners
ProcuraMED partnership integrates nine partners coming from Italy (Municipality of Narni and Terre di Siena Lab), Spain (MedCIties), Portugal (IrRADIARE), Bosnia and Herzegovina (Department for Development and International Projects of Zenica – DobojCanton), Greece (University of Patras – Department of Civil Engineering), Slovenia (BSC Poslovno Podporni Center Kranj), Cyprus (STRATAGEM ENERGY LTD) and Croatia (Regional Energy Agency North).
Municipality of Narni
Narni is an ancient hilltown and small municipality of Umbria, a Region located in central Italy, with a population of about 19.000 inhabitants and a vocation to sustainable and green development.
The municipality promotes a sustainable and circular economy approach, the introduction of sustainable mobility, paying particular attention to waste prevention, energy emission reduction, mitigation of climate change effects and to the improvement of services for citizens, also applying innovative procurement procedures.
Terre di Siena Lab
Terre di Siena Lab is an internal company located in Southern Tuscany and owned by 33 Municipalities, 1 Association of Municipalities and the Province of Siena. TSL provides support ranging from the presentation of projects and fundraising from regional, national or EU sources to specific management activities of interest to the public administrations.
TSL Operates in a number of sectors, such as tourism, the local economy and urban regeneration, paying particular attention to the sustainability of development and cultural heritage.
MedCIties
MedCities is an association of cities, dedicated to sustainable urban development in the Mediterranean.
It comprises 79 municipalities and unions of municipalities from seventeen different states and runs projects in the fields of strategic urban planning, urban services, the environment and local economic and social development, as well as training activities, technical support and the capitalisation of best practices.
IrRADIARE, Science for Evolution
IrRADIARE, Science for Evolution is a company dealing with urban, local and regional governance and public policies. Three stages define its journey: development, innovation and integration. The company provides support, advice, services, platforms, systems and smart solutions for their clients and partners.
IrRADIARE advises on new investments, public-private cooperation and regional public policies. It operates European-wide, from Brussels and Lisbon within an outreach active network of more than one thousand entities in a significant number of European regions and cities.
DobojCanton
Department for Development and International Projects of Zenica
Expert Department of Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton for implementation of international projects, overall strategic planning processes and development management.
DDIP ZDC staff has 20 years of experience in implementing government, interregional and EU funded projects in order to improve sustainable development and institutional, transnational and cross-border cooperation in the sectors of economy, tourism, culture, history, energy efficiency, social issues, governance, etc.
University of Patras
Department of Civil Engineering
University of Patras is a multidisciplinary Higher Education Institution which is located in Patras, Western Greece. It has vast experience in coordinating and participating in International, EU and National projects.
The Department of Civil Engineering has high competence in conducting research related to Green and Blue growth economy sectors, studying how Circular Economy principles affect sustainable growth in Green Living Areas and Smart Cities, carrying out feasibility studies, user needs and requirements, evaluation and impact analysis.
BSC Poslovno Podporni Center Kranj
BSC – Poslovno podporni center d.o.o. Kranj has over 20 years of experiences in EU projects, it is responsible for regional development in region Gorenjska and covers 18 local communities.
It also runs regional board for all strategic topics of development in the region: environment, tourism, biodiversity and entrepreneurship.
STRATAGEM Energy Ltd
STRATAGEM Energy Ltd is an independent Research and Innovation company providing insightful, timely and focused technical services and research on Engineering solutions, grouped with Business services.
STRATAGEM is composed by an expert team of highly qualified Researchers, Engineers and Innovation Managers focusing to provide and offer first class R&D&I services. STRATAGEM’s Business department offers services in Project Management, Innovation Management, Proposal development, Knowledge Transfer and Communication & Design.
Regional Energy Agency North
Regional Energy Agency North (REA North) is a public non-profit institution that operates primarily in the northern region of Croatia, and as needed, in other parts of the country.The agency consists of twelve experts from various fields who, with their knowledge and skills in public procurement, project management, energy efficiency, construction, electromobility, and related areas, as well as advisory and other supporting services, assist stakeholders in the energy transition and future challenges.
REA North partners with local and regional government units, public sector institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises, citizens, and other stakeholders, providing them with expert support in implementing ambitious sustainable development goals.
